The feed mixing process combines various raw materials into a homogeneous mixture for consumption. Roughage feed mixers are equipped with 2 bidirectional mixing augers. Where and How Is It Used?
Round bales up to 120x150 mm can be fed directly into the machine for shredding. The tiller (silage extraction attachment) can extract silage from a pile up to 4.70 meters high at a capacity of 1.5-2.5 tons per minute for corn silage.

The machine can be connected to a tractor via the PTO shaft and electric plug. The gearbox allows direct connection to the tractor’s PTO shaft. The machine requires a maximum power of 80 HP.
For homogeneous mixing, the machine does not need to be fully filled (as in 3 or 4-auger models); filling it to just 1/3 of its capacity is sufficient for 99% homogeneity.

The mixing time is 6 minutes, making it the only machine capable of achieving over 99% homogeneity in the shortest mixing time.

It features an electronic weighing system compatible with programming. Standardly, it includes 15 separate feeding programs, expandable to 100 programs if desired, and can be transferred to a computer.
