Plate Cooler

Pre-cools milk to 2-4°C above well water temperature before entering bulk tank, significantly reducing cooling energy requirements.

Operation Principle:

During milk transfer, the pump activates a well water valve, creating counterflow heat exchange at the plates. Flow automatically stops with pump shutdown. Rapid cooling below critical 14°C threshold inhibits bacterial growth for healthier milk.
